We do not store credit card details. We share only those customer details necessary for the production of smart card tickets with out card bureau service to enable cards to be printed and posted to customers. The purpose of holding such information is to reduce the amount of data input the customer has to provide on subsequent purchases.

We may also use the data to enable us to provide information and updates for the bus services, where this has been requested. We will delete all data held on any purchaser/pupil on request but if the intention is to purchase tickets in the future the purchaser/pupil will need to enter their full details again.

Data held will be deleted once it has been held for seven years or earlier if requested by a user.
